Leads without a form
A lead is created in conversation: name, where it came from, what was discussed. Every approach is logged with it, so you can see when someone last followed up. A won deal turns the lead into a customer.
Customers, contacts, deals
Companies, their contacts with a role, and the deals in flight sit in one place. Deals move through fixed stages from lead to won — every change is recorded with a timestamp and who made it.
From quote to project
When the customer accepts a quote, the invoice and the project come out of it in one step — the deal stands at won and the hourly rate carries over. Clicking twice creates nothing twice.
No hour billed twice
Hours attach to a project and a position, in half-hour steps. At billing time the open items are laid out with date, quantity and amount — what you confirm goes on the invoice. After that the hour is tied to it — it comes back into play only if you cancel the invoice.
Invoices that hold up
While a required detail is missing, the invoice does not leave draft. After that the PDF sits in the archive unchanged, with a checksum — what you produce later is provably the same document. Partial payments go on top.
Sales that keeps the record
One agent covers the commercial side: leads, customers, deals, quotes, time, invoices. From your bullet points it writes out line-item text — it adds no figures of its own. Changes are shown to you first; on invoices always.
The right one takes over
A1//office has two agents — one for the commercial side, one for the inbox. When your request belongs to the other, it is passed on with a summary instead of starting over. You confirm afterwards just the same.
Inbox rules in chat
You say in chat what should happen to a kind of mail — the rule is created in your own Gmail account, and you see the exact condition and action beforehand. Whoever keeps writing to you gets noticed: the suggestion is then already in your morning briefing.
Tasks with a name on them
Tasks get a person who takes them on, and hang off whatever they concern: a customer, a lead, a project, a deal, an invoice or a wiki note. Larger ones break into steps you can tick off. Your agents read and write the same tasks.
Photograph the receipt, done
A1//office reads amount, date, merchant and currency off the photo — you check and save. Later it flags what does not add up: the same vendor spelled two ways, a subscription left unmarked, a receipt that never arrived.
